Second Album Ideas

So most people might call me ridiculous for talking about my second album, when I haven’t finish my first one. I knew what I wanted to do with the first one. There are elements needed to finish the first album the way I want it. It’s time will come soon enough.

I don’t know what I want from the second one, so I move more freely in it. So I’ve been experimenting and going in all kinds of directions. Part of the reason for starting this blog, is for me to share music. I’ll be posting song ideas and demos. So here is a small taste of things I’ve done here and there. I mixed it on crappy headphones and sequenced them so you could here different sections. These nowhere near being completed songs. Pretty much infant ideas. I’ve put them up to contrast my older music ideas. Feel free to comment. Scroll over the link to get a player to pop up.

This one actually started out as a guitar riff. I haven’t recorded the riff yet. I use FL when I already have the idea and need to get it out real fast. I used FL for this track:

This one has been floating around for a while in my head. Finally laid done the basic. Was messing around with beats and put a stock beat on top at double time. I’ll eventually change the double time beat to something better, but this basic one gives the general idea of slow echoing chords against double time drums.
